1976 Porsche 934 Turbo
This 934 has come to us from an International customer for a complete bare chassis restoration, body rebuild (take a look) & entire mechanical re-fresh for preparation to be used in the Vintage Racing circuit. This 934 at one time was owned by John Starkey This 934 came to us fitted with a 3.3L twin plug single turbo engine, We have currently finishing off the engine blueprint job out to a long block. We are now working with the customer on the header & intercooler layout. More to follow ! The 934 was fitted with a close ratio short bellhousing 4 spd.. We have gone through the transaxle, magnifluxed all the gears diff. carrier, & output flanges, and replaced a few bearings, shift sleeves, dog teeth & syncro's. Ready to get back to the track ! After a complete disassembly & evaluation of the chassis we found that this 934 had been through the ringer, at it was in need of a new tub ! It was also determined that this 934 had been re-tubed in the early 80's due to some hard core racing adventures.
