WE ALSO USED THE 911 GT3 OIL PUMP THATS USED IN THE CUP / R / RS '00-'05 AND PORSCHE 911 TURBO GT2 '01-'05 - AS YOU CAN SEE IN THIS SHOT THIS PUMP HAS AN ADDED OIL PICKUP THAT IS BUILT INTO THE PUMP.


This picture shows the setup to set the cam timing. The hydraulic chain tensioners are removed and the special tools are installed to keep the timing chains at the same tension. Then the  cams are set to within .01 mm of each other. A dial indicator is used on the intake valve retainer on number 1 and number 4 cylinder.  The engine is then rotated by hand to top dead center on the opposing cylinder and that measurement recorded. Porsche gives you a lift range for the engine and cams. The engine power curve can be changed somewhat here. If you set the lift to the top end of the specs or the bottom .  THIS PICTURE SHOWS THE TRANSISSION FITTED WITH OUR OIL COOLER SYSTEM. Fitment to all (1990-1998) 964 - 993 / Turbo 3.6L / 3.8L / RS / RSR Engines
This unit updates the original bearing hub and dual belt assembly to a simpler, single belt system. The united hub under-drives the alternator, reducing drag and allows the engine’s air cooling impeller to operate at the same speed for increased engine efficiency. Ideal use for performance engines running higher RPM ranges. The original equipment fan hub features a wearable bearing allowing the alternator and fan operate at independent speeds. The increased alternator speed is intended to produce additional current for electronic accessories. Higher alternator output may assist street models with additional electronic accessories. Recommended for high performance street, or motorsport use.

The 993, 3.6L DME engines included a secondary air injection system consisting of an air pump assembly working with the catalytic converter system functioning to reduce emissions on engine start up. When installing and converting to the 993, 3.6L DME engines to older model cars, the pump assembly can be removed saving weight and complexity.
