Pricing
Patrick Motorsports pricing is typically set below MSRP on most items. Due to fluxuations of currency, logistics and general parts costs, pricing is subject to change at any time be Patrick Motorsports. Discounts may be available for certain items for qualified dealers and special offers. Porsche Club Members may also be eligible for discounts on certain items.
Purchases
Items added to the cart and online purchases are forwarded via email directly to Patrick Motorsports. Due to the diversity of projects, each order will be carefully evaluated to ensure accuracy and correct parts application by authorized Patrick Motorsports personnel. All purchases must be approved by Authorized Patrick Motorsports Personnel. A representative will then call, fax or email the purchase estimate along with the payment authorization form. The payment authorization form is then to be filled out and faxed or emailed back to Patrick Motorsports to confirm order processing. This ensures proper shipping and payment information.
Payment
Any charges incurred in the collection of checks returned to us by the bank unpaid will be borne by the buyer including court costs and attorney fees. Acceptable forms of payment can be made with all major credit cards, money wire transfers and by company checks. Check payments are subject to pending funds capture.
Returns / Exchanges
Merchandise cannot be returned without copy of the original invoice and a pre-assigned return authorization number obtainable by contacting Patrick Motorsports within 10 days of receipt. Only new, resalable items in their complete and original packaging will be considered for return. Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. Additional freight charges apply on all REFUSED shipments. Applicable credit will be issued to your account upon inspection of returned merchandise. SPECIAL ORDERS & CUSTOMIZED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR CANCELED. Patrick Motorsports will exchange or return merchandise with the same shipping method the items were originally sent. For example, if the returned merchandise was originally sent UPS Next Day Air Service, the exchanged or replacement item/s will be sent back UPS Next Day Air Service. If items were originally sent UPS Ground Service, the returned items will be sent back UPS Ground Service. Expedited shipping service is available upon request with the additional shipping charge to be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping / Freight
Patrick Motorsports offers both domestic and worldwide shipping / freight services. United Parcel Service (UPS) is the default carrier. Freight services are available from FEDEX Freight, SEKO Worldwide and Bax Global. All freight is FOB Phoenix, AZ, USA. In some instances, drop shipments are permissible for an additional fee of $10.00.

Warranty
Limited to manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage caused by improper installation/break-in, negligence, lack of maintenance, accidents or off-highway use. IN NO EVENT WILL SELLER BE RESPONSIBEL FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
