Application Notes:
The anti bump steer kit works by correcting the severe angle of the tie rod end after lowering of these cars. If the anti bump kit is not installed and the car is lowered, upon compression the tie rods can pull the steering out of alignment which is called "bump steer". The racing struts also feature and update to correct this by raising the spindle position. Also most 911s benefit from replacing the tie rods with the turbo edition as well which is a direct replacement kit. So in short, if you plan to lower your car, this would be a kit for you.

The 993, 3.6L DME engines included a secondary air injection system to meet emission control standards. The components of this air injection system consisting of air tubes, distributor housing, check valve and air pump assembly. Working with the exhaust catalytic converter emission control system, it functions to reduce emissions on cold engine start up by injecting air into the engine camshaft housings flowing down through the exhaust ports. When installing and converting to the (1994-1998) 993, 3.6L DME engines to pre 1995 chassis, or race cars, the pump assembly can be removed saving weight and complexity.

Application:
The WEVO 915 SideShift kit is a new approach to an old problem. A solution long overdue for the many mid engine Porsche cars that can choose from the 901 or 915 series transmissions.
With most modern 6 cylinder mid engine cars capable of developing torque output above the practical limit of the 901 series transmission, the 915 has become increasingly preferred for the larger gears, crown wheel and pinion and drive flanges.
